Chocolate fudge pudding

A tasty self-saucing chocolate fudge pudding. Always popular, especially with some icecream.

Ingredients:
Batter
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 60 g butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Sauce
- 1 1/3 cups soft brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions:
Grease a pan, and preheat oven to 180°C.
Sift flour and cocoa powder together, mix with white sugar.
Melt butter in milk, cool and add vanilla essence.
Mix wet ingredients into dry, and spread in the greased pan.
Mix brown sugar and cocoa powder, and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water on top.
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Serve hot with icecream.
